Work
Process

Three phases, defined deliverables, fixed dates — from the first conversation through launch and the month after.

01

Research & Define

Two weeks of pointed conversations with you, your team, and a handful of users. We come out with a problem statement, success metrics, and a scope you can defend to your board.

02

Ideate & Design

Design in Figma, in fidelity, fast. You'll have a clickable prototype within four weeks — not a moodboard, not a wireframe deck. Real screens you can put in front of users on Monday.

03

Test & Implement

We build it ourselves in Next.js, React Native, or whatever the work needs. You get production code, a written handover, and a calendar for the first month of post-launch fixes.

FAQ

Common questions

The questions founders usually ask in the first call. If yours isn't covered, just write to us.

  • Engagements vary in size. At the smaller end, it's usually a focused brand identity or a marketing site for an early-stage team. At the larger end, it's a full brand-plus-product build covering web, mobile, and the management platform behind them. We're happy to scope a smaller piece of work first if that's the right starting point — and we always quote a fixed price up front, so there are no surprises.

  • Brand identity: 3–4 weeks. Marketing website: 4–8 weeks. Full brand + product launch (e.g. Real Estate Explorer): 10–14 weeks. Mobile apps: 6–10 weeks per platform. Timelines are fixed in the SOW; we don't pad them and we don't drag.

  • Yes. We're based in Lagos but work async with clients across Africa, Europe, and the US. Most of our communication happens in Slack, Linear, and a weekly call. Time zones haven't been a problem on past engagements.

  • Every engagement includes a one-month post-launch window where we fix anything that breaks and answer questions from your team. After that, you can either retain us on a monthly basis (typically 4–8 hours/month) or take the codebase fully in-house. Documentation is delivered with every project to make either path painless.

  • Next.js + React for the web, React Native for mobile, Postgres (usually via Supabase) for data, and a headless CMS your team can update without filing tickets. We pick stacks our clients can hire for and maintain — no exotic tooling.

  • Yes, when it's adjacent to a project we're already running. We don't lead with marketing or pure-analytics engagements, but if you need SEO setup, conversion analytics wiring, or a quarterly content cadence to support a launch, we can scope it in. For pure performance marketing, we'll point you at specialists we trust.
